Lullaby for Christmas

This gentle Christmas Lullaby was composed in 2006, and first performed later that year on 12 December at Wells Cathedral in the South West of England.

It has subsequently been performed at many other cathedrals and as part of concerts at Christmas.

The song can be sung by a solo voice accompanied by piano. There is also a choral version available.

The descant over the final verse is optional and is designed to be played by a solo instrument such as a trumpet.
