Christopher Guild
A musical journey taking us north to Scotland, working our way to the Orkneys and through to the Hebrides.
This fascinating concert draws on the connections of the talented young Scottish pianist Christopher Guild who guides us on this voyage of discovery through music both familiar and new.
Three of the composers were appointed as Masters of the Queen’s Music and all of them lived, were inspired by and shared a love of this magical Gaelic land of rugged landscapes and remote islands.
